Arthros gives grants for equipment, aids, activities and services that help people living with arthritis in the Reading and Wokingham area live more comfortably and independently. If you or someone you support could benefit, we would love to hear from you.

Which sections do I complete?

If you are an individual (or applying on behalf of an individual), complete sections 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.

If you are a group, charity or community organisation, complete sections 1, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.

Answer the first question below and the form will show you only the sections you need. The last section is optional for everyone.
