From 1st November 2025 , we will be accepting applications for small grants of up to £200, for items not currently available through the NHS, that would help you live more independently with Arthritis.

To be eligible for a grant from Arthros, you must meet the following 3 criteria:
We purchase items directly from our preferred suppliers, including Ableworld Reading, ensuring you receive a quality product. When you apply, please let us know what you need. If you have any queries we will do our best to answer them .
Please do contact us too, if you have a need for aids or appliances to help you in your daily life, which are not covered by our smaller grants budget .

We will aim to give you a decision within one month of your application. Please note that Arthros is staffed entirely by volunteers, so response time may occasionally be longer.
This small grant programme will be the first stage of our relaunched services. We will be running a trial through 2025 and early 2026 . Our medium and larger grant options will be available in the coming months .
